Important: To be eligible for a Worker Wallet Card, workers must have an active profile with the New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) and hold at least one valid Scaffold or Rigging certification.

Card Delivery Options

After you submit your Worker Wallet application, a member of our team will contact you when your card is ready for pickup. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

Students may receive their physical card through one of the following options:

1. In-Person Pickup

Students may pick up their card directly at our office:

2. Certified Mail Delivery

Students may request to have their physical SST card shipped via certified mail for an additional fee of $35.

The delivery method will be based on the student’s preference and must be selected upon request.
